Arizona's Water Cycle and Community Conservation in Action
Discover how Arizona's climate and land impact how water moves through the water cycle. Ask questions about what could happen to our water. Learn about water reclamation and what you can do to help our community protect our water resources.

Shoreline Life
Use tools to study the largest and smallest creatures that live in the shoreline waters of Arizona. Observe special characteristics, and ask questions based on observations. Describe the land that creates this type of area and learn about the special food chains that exist in these unique habitats.

Plants as Earth’s Food Factory
Simulate the photosynthesis process to understand how energy from sunlight, water, and carbon dioxide are converted into simple sugars and oxygen to provide food, energy and even building materials. Explore the importance of photosynthesis and the critical role plants play in the survival of life.

Arizona's Dinosaurs
Unearth dinosaur bones in our paleontology site, study the tracks of Arizona's own dinosaurs, and wonder about the physical characteristics of these large creatures. Learn about how paleontologists work and make inferences about how these beasts lived long ago. Find dinosaurs and humans on the earth time line.

Sun, Wind, and Weather
(Limited Availability)
Use a safe, filtered solar telescope to examine the surface of the sun and its features. Identify and investigate the roles of air, water, and solar energy as the building blocks of weather.
